Long enough to run through the house!

I need to start paying attention to all details when I'm placing orders. I got this cord thinking it would look just like any other charger cord for my phone. I was wrong. At first I thought the price was ridiculous, but now that I've been using it for months, I get it. This cord is so long I can run it through the entire downstairs. It's thick and I mean thick. I've never seen a cord so thick but it's definitely a plus because it is heavy duty strong. My husband explained why the price is so high for what I thought was just a basic charger cord, and while I still think it's crazy, it really is a great cord.

50-Foot USB-C Cable , solid Gamechanger

So I picked up the DavVision 50FT USB-C Fiber Optic Cable (Right Angle) mostly cause I needed a long, stable connection for my Logitech 4K webcam and VR setup. I’ve tried a few long cables before and they either dropped signal, got bulky, or just didn’t work past 15 feet. But this one?? Totally different story. It’s sleek, fast, and just works—like, flawlessly.
First off, the data transfer is rock solid. It’s rated for 10Gbps USB 3.2 Gen2, and I’ve tested it with high-res video, large file transfers, and even live VR streaming—no lag, no dropouts, no weird stutters. It uses fiber optic tech with an optical conversion chip, which basically means it handles long distances without signal loss or electromagnetic interference. I’ve had zero issues even at the full 50 feet.
The build quality is top-tier. The cable is ultra slim and super lightweight, which is wild for something this long. It doesn’t tangle or kink, and the right-angle connector is a smart touch—makes it way easier to plug into tight ports without stressing the cable. The 24K gold-plated connectors and zinc alloy shell give it a premium feel, and it’s got this double-layer acrylic resin coating that makes it feel like it’ll last forever.

Picky cable

The cable worked well for my external drives with their own power supplies, but when I tired connecting my phone it would connect briefly and then disconnect in a few seconds if the phone was not fully charged (would stay connected for several minutes before disconnecting briefly if the phone was fully charged when plugged in). Same with a few other drives and devices: some would work, some would not. I am not an expert, but my guess is the cable doesn't communicate it's power limitation properly, so a device would try to pull more power than the cable can support and the cable would shut off due to overheat or some protection getting tripped. They do warn in description that the cable is not meant for power delivery, but would have been nice if it properly identified itself as low power and worked with my phone and other devices that can adjust power draw consistently, so a star off for that. I would not recommend getting this for anything that requires an amount of power draw through usb that is more than that of a typical flashdrive or something.
Other than that, the cable feels pretty well built, reasonably thick and sturdy and It seems to work well for devices with their own power source. If that is the use case you plan getting it for I would say it is an ok value for the price at time of writing considering the reduced amount of options you have when looking for a cable that is so long and still has good data transfer rates.

Quality Long Cable

Data transfer has been stable at high speed for video and camera use. The right angle connector is helpful in tight spaces behind equipment. The cable is thin and easy to route along walls or desks. It is important to know that it does not provide power, as advertised. It is also directional so the ends need to be connected correctly. Once installed properly it performs exactly as advertised for video conferencing, cameras, or VR use.
