Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • United States

  • Canada

  • United Kingdom

  • Germany

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email.

Shipping Time

Orders are generally delivered within 3–5 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to the delivery location, carrier operations, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

  • Orders below USD 99: a flat shipping fee of USD 4 applies.

  • Orders of USD 99 or more: free standard shipping is available.

The applicable shipping charge will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Taxes and Duties

Applicable taxes and duties for orders shipped to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Germany are included in the purchase price. Customers will not be required to pay additional import duties or taxes upon delivery under normal circumstances.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking details after your order has been shipped. Please allow some time for tracking information to become active.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing an order. DavVision is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, it may be delivered in separate packages. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.
